Hello and welcome to HCM,
Experiencing fullness on upper right side of abdomen indicates some kind of inflammation of the gall bladder.
Gall bladder inflammation may occur without presence of stone.
Symptomatic gall bladder needs to be removed.
However, surgery is performed only after checking fitness for surgery.
Surgery is only performed when the person is found fit for surgery.
Thus, consult your surgeon for best possible management of the gall bladder symptoms.
The gall bladder should be examined histopathologically to look for any evidence of malignancy.

Thanks and take care
