dear,
Sleep deprivation can result in-
1) day time sleepiness
2) dizzy mind in mornings
3) poor concentration.
4) bad mood, irritability, poor memory problems
5) in a long term it can lead to cardiac problems

however, bloody nose is not related due to sleep disturbances.
Its probably an episode of epistaxis.
I would like to know, for how many times have you had such episodes before?
treatment: just a firm pinch clamp on nose with a thumb and index finger will stop the bleeding. If the bleeding still persist, a small procedure of stuffing the nose with a gauge piece is done, it is to be done only by an ent specialist.
As of now there appears nothing to be majorly concerned about.
thank you.
