General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Masturbating is completely normal and nothing to be guilty about. However, if starts affecting your everyday life, then try focusing on other activities like exercising, hobbies etc., when you feel the urge to masturbate. If need seek help from a psychologist / counselor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
