What Are The Side Effects Of Hcg Diet?

i have already done one round of the hCG diet with a weight loos of about 15 lbs in 30 days. I am considering doing one more 30 day stretch, but so many different things have come up inthe media, I'm wondering if it's a good idea. I'm a 40 year old woman in good health.

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Taking drugs for weight loss is never the best option as many persons tend to gain the weight once medications are discontinued. Causing a rapid drop in weight over a short time is also detrimental to health.. My advice is that you shouldn't. Rather use healthy diet, regular physical exercise and lifestyle modifications to address weight gain issues which would provide progressive changes and more durable results.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
