What Are The Side Effects Of Gestin, And Zenobal Plus In Pregnancy?

Hi Doc,i am pregnent now(3month running).doc suggested me to use gestin(5mg) 3 times daily,Zenobal plus capsules once and nayturogest 300mg(night time).march 15th(3rd month came).i want to know the purpose and side effects.Waiting for ur reply. Thanking you, seetha

Hi,
I understand your query.
* Gestin is a hormonal preparation that helps in protecting pregnancy from pregnancy loss.
Gestin apparently is without side effects in pregnancy except for few effects lke allergy, nausea, diarrhea,& excess baby weight when it is given for longer period.
* Zenobal plus is a drug having supplements of certain components of B complex- & is used in pregnancy for certain anemia, peripheral numbness.
- It has side digestive effects like nausea,vomiting, diarrhea, blurred vision,hepatic toxicity -when given in overdose.
Please don't worry,You have to follow your doctor's instructions & be in safe range of dosage.
