What Are The Side Effects Of Fosamax?
I was perchribed Fosamax..My problem with side effects. Hear not good to take if you need teeth extraction or an operation..Also can have jaw bone deteration. I was once on it years ago but Doctor took me off. Now I have osteoporsis. I am uncerain to take it again

Fosamax is a brand name of Alendronate. It can cause a condition called osteomecrosis of jaw while undergoing dental procedures. So better to withheld the drug while planning for tooth extraction or any other dental procedure. Otherwise it’s a safe drug without much complications.
