General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If the cholesterol is the most concern then it is increasing due to high cholesterol diet, and not due to medicines.

So try to cut down the high-calorie diet, exercise is the best way to reduce the cholesterol, but it is not the side effect of Rosuvastatin.

This can thin the viscosity of blood and some time may cause the bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
