General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Possible side effects of Levolin overdose are irritability, irregular heart, high blood pressure, lightheadedness, chest pain, muscular tremor, and even seizures. Dangerous doses are generally much higher than the therapeutical doses.
Normally, you should see a change in her after half an hour of ingesting the syrup.
It is best to have her checked so her pulse and blood pressure are checked but if she is playful and active as usual and no changes or complaints this is more reassuring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
