What Are The Repercussions Of Overdose Of Kalms Night?
I took 4 Kalms Night sleeping tablets at about 11.00p.m. and then woke up at 3.15a.m. and couldn t get back to sleep - I took another 4 tablets,but I am now panicking in case this is too much - I have just found the information and it says, Do not take double dose to make up for a missed dose ...Is there anything I can do to counteract this?

Hi there...No dont panic first thing... it takes time for these drugs to act.If your bowel feels fine and your not nauseated or no accelerated heart beats... then dont worry.. ge back to your normal regimen at night..... in the long run, Avoid these drugs.... a good glass of milk before night sleep should help.take care
