What Are The Repercussion Of Accidental High Dosage Of Plavix?

I am pretty sure I mistakenly took 225mg of generic plavix when my normal dose is 75. I am concerned since I also am on a warferin regimine at 5 mg a day. The pink plavix looked like a stomack acid reducer I take once in awhile but I did not catch it till I had taken the generice plavix. This just happened once ... not numerous doses.
