I often suffer from a swelling of my left hand side of my face from ear to below my chin. This feels as though the gland under my jaw is blocked and backs up,
this time my left eye hurts and feels though my eye ball is under pressure. My left pupil is now slightly larger than my right.

Please dont ignore your complaints and meet your doctor immediately as i think you may be suffering from a sinus infection, which seems to be extending into the eye. please meet your doctor, as you will need antibiotics for treating the infection.
