What Are The Reasons For Having Ant Like Movements In Body And Pain In Testis After Undergoing Treatment For Staph Infection Years Back?

Please doctor, I am male 29 about 85kg I was treated for staph infection yrs back and still feel ant like movements in the body and vibrations in certain areas. Also pain in the testis. There s also this painless pimple that has been there for over. 6yrs now
