What Are The Reasons For Crossing In Eyes And Dizziness?

My wife is experiencing dizziness and her eyes are crossing. It at first was just her eyes crossing. Now she is having dizzy spells more and more. And her eyes are continuing to cross.????? What s going on. What do we need to do and how quick and why ???? Thank you

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe first of all the crossed eye should be diagnosed ,so i advise you to consult an ophthalmologist for diagnosis.
The reasons may be the poor nutrition, fat deposits behind the eyeball, or hydatid cyst.
You may need to have a scanning of the eyeball for confirmation.
The reason foe vertigo may be the structural problems in the eye ball, or the problem in the internal ear.
I usually prescribe cinnerzine till the diagnosis is established.
