What Are The Precautions To Be Taken To Avoid Being Diabetic?

my fasting blood sugar shows 121 n ny post lunch reading shows 155, what does that exactly mean, n what r da precautions to b taken to revert back n get to normal life without any medication..or say postpone being a diabetic for a couple of years ??????

Hi,

This suggests that you are at risk for development of diabetes.

To postpone, you should alter your life style. Exercise and diet are the factors that help you.
1. Exercise: like aerobic, jogging, swimming for 30 min a day for 6 days a week.
2. Diet: Fibre and protein rich food. Have balanced diet with only required calorie intake distributed through out the day.
