Hello ive had for about 6 yrs now soreness in upper spine mostly middle area an while or after any activity I feel movement like there is something crawling around in the areas right next to my spine. I noticed this when I used to work at a nursing home an was lifting an on my feet a lot . ive since had easier jobs but still have the problem an have for other reasons been unemployed for about 9 months . when this happens im relieved almost instantly if I lie down on my back . I also feel heavy an pressure in the same area with this if I keep doin the activity that gets to the point I have to stop an lie down to get relief . what possibley could this be . thanks
