I have patches of perfect pin head size dots in rows. The patches have different numbers of rows and number of dots in the rows. When it first appears it feels like a patch of rough skin. When you look at it under a magnifying glass, there are perfect little hats that are raised. When you run a fingernail across the hats of skin are removed and there are the little dots. They show up randomly.
