The side effects seen with the therapeutic dose of Lexapro include Sleep disturbances, Sexual dysfunction (↓ libido & delayed ejaculation) Serotonin syndrome develops if Lexapro is given along with antidepressants or other serotonergic drugs. The features of serotonin syndrome include: High grade fever, severe muscle rigidity, sweating, convulsions, changes in mental status & vital signs. Apparently you have not taken any other drug alongwith Lexapro but still have sweating, dry mouth, blurred vision, you are advised to consult your doctor for these symptoms either to change the medication or to find out the cause of sweating.
