hi, i m 21 year old n i m hving sex through hand job from last 10 11 years continiously..initially it was 2wice or 3thrice a week. but later i controlled it many times i controled it to 10 20 maximum 40 days.. n thus m having a proper diet of raw egg milk etc. for being fit. so i just want to know that , is there any. kind of problm which i m going face in future

Masturbation is a natural instinct and this may not be harmful if done in proper way and in some limit else chances of trauma may be likely and this could be physical as well as mental so care need to be taken for this.
