Hi,

Typical dose of Lamotrigine 150–500 mg/d. Patients receiving multidrug regimens employing CYP3A4 enzyme-inducing antiepileptic drugs (EIAEDs) like Carbamazepine, Phenytoin, and Oxcarbazepine without valproic acid can have a maintenance dose of Lamotrigine as high as 700 mg/day. There is no long-term effects of Lamotrigine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
