Hello,

As per your case history, you are suffering from Pigmented Purpuric Dermatosis.

My treatment advice is:
1. Avoid standing for long periods of time and keep pillows below legs while sleeping.
2. Apply a calcium dobesilate cream like Osil cream twice a day on the affected region.
3. Take a vitamin C supplement once daily for 3 months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
