What Are The Harmful Effects Of Eating Pan Parag?

Hello, sir/ma'am. I have a question. My friend just got a can of Pan Parag and was curious as to how to use it. are you just supposed to chew it for hours or just chew it for a few minutes and swallow it? I found some articles that list the harmful side effects and he says he is aware of them. He just wants to do this one can so his Indian friend will not feel rejected by his otherwise harmless intentions.

Hello thanks for consulting at hcm.it has tobacco and arecanut which has harmful effects resulting in oral submucous fibrosis, so better not try eating,,instead have indian food which are spicy and fantastic.. Hope it helps..tc..
