What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
I m not sure but think I may be pregnant, however I don t want to embarrass myself by buying a test if it s not true. The only symptom is I ve missed a period. (haven t had one in a month and a half) But I don t seem to have gained any weight. I m hoping it s some sort of anorexia type thing. Please ease my mind.

I think you should do a urine pregnancy test immediately .
if you have had regular test all along and have missed a period now its better to go for it now.
If you really are pregnant ,its better you know about it now ,so appropriate care can be taken by you.
see a gynaecologist if its positive .
