What Are The Diet Plans For Fever?
hi, My son will be 3 years in jan, he has got fever and cold cough i have been giving him, dolo for fever and cheston expectorant for cough, but every 6 hrs the fever temperature shoots up, and he is not eating anything already he is fussy eater, pls sggest what type of food to be given during fever.

You should give easy digesting energy and protein rich diet.
Try to give more of fiuids like water, coconut water , fruit juices, soups so that he does not become dehydrated .soft cooked cereals or porridges are ideal thing as they are easy to digest and provide energy too.
