What are the dangers if infant might have been exposed to bleach fumes? Basement got water cleaned with diluted bleach. Infant upstairs but smell of bleach could be smelled in house. Air conditioner was on. We opened windows throughout house when we realized smell was getting stronger

Usually its the fumes when inhaled directly, create problems like burning sensation in the nose, watery eyes, cough etc.

Since you say, the cleaning was in the basement and infant was upstairs, nothing would have happened.

Do not worry.
Just keep the room well ventilated.
