Hello,

There are multiple types of brain tumors, having differential behavior patterns. Some are very benign and almost never recur if removed completely, while some are notorious to recur despite doing everything we can.

In order to answer to your question, I would like to know the details about your tumor, the one which was operated in 2012 and the one bothering you now. Since both could be related or may not be related.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
