What Are The Chances Of Recovery Post Cardiac Arrest?

my husband is in hospital on life support ( cartiac arrest, cpr performed right away) now only has 15-18 percent left heart function, was 10 percent a few days ago, what are the chances of fis heart functio getting better, at the moment he is on a ekmo machine for heart and lungs
