What Are The Chances Of Normal Delivery With History Of First One Being A C Section?

Hi Doctor,I would like to know that if it will be possible for me to get my second delivery as a normal operation,as I has a c-section in my first pregnancy & I would like to know,if there anything I can do to increase my chances for having my second baby as a normal delivery.I have a c-section caz I have small passage from down & bones...actually I dont know very much about this,but the position of the baby was fine,but all the water goes down & my baby was still up & is not coming down or may be there were difficulty to come down caz of my hard small bones...Please answer doctor.Thanks a lot

Hi, thanks for writing..
You might have had C-section due to contracted pelvis.. if it is contracted pelvis, it would be difficult to deliver a normal size baby vaginally.. If the baby is small and low weight at around 38 weeks, you can try for normal delivery.. in case there is a difficulty in delivery, you can go for C section..
