my husband is 58 years old and had a bad motorcycle accident a month ago has improve now he able to speak but he still confused he recognizes who is around him but not completely coherent he will be starting speech , occupational and physical therapy what are the chances of him improving . His is diagnosed with bilateral hygroma .. I am really concern that he may never be the same
