What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant After Taking Postinor 2?

What are the chances of me getting pregnant after taking postinor 2? I had unprotected sex 2 days ago and yesterday. The guy did not ejaculate into me but I was worried that the precum might get me pregnant so I went to the doctor and the doctor prescribed me Postinor 2. He checked my lower abdomen (can someone tell me why?). I m still afraid that I might get pregnant. Is there still a chance? I know that postinor works the best within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
