What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Inanimate Objects?

I was in the park and I was picking up trash as a part of my clean the Earth project for school. I noticed one thing I picked up with my bare hands was a condom, possibly used. I came home and washed my hands, and even rubbed some rubbing alcohol on my hands. Is there any chance I will contract a bacterial STD from this?
Note: The condom was in melting snow, so it may have been there since before winter started. But even assuming it was just put there today, what should I do? Could I have an STD? Please let me know ASAP.
