Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding painless swelling of neck of your mom.

Here I would like to say that painless swelling are usually allergic and are having acute onset, But such swelling sometimes becomes dangerous by obstructing airway. So I would like to say please get your mom to be examine by ENT doctor to find out the real pathology and management.

Regards.
