What Are The Causes Of Constant Pain Behind And Between Shoulder Blades?
My 15 year old daughter gets consistant pains behind and between her shoulder blades. We have told her it is growing pains but it is pretty consistent. Also has some joint pain on occasion but doesnt exactly eat and drink water like she should. Se is 5-7 and about 105 pounds

Is she plays any sport or involve in some gym like activity. Than it can be a muscle sprain. Some time young girl has posture problem , they tend to walk with their neck bend too much and this can cause such pain. At present I would advice you to show her to a orthopaedic surgeon and confirm the cause of pain. Till than you can give her hot water fomentation, diclofenenc ointment and rest.
