I dont know what i have it could just be stress or something small like that but it has struck me in the past month that the way im feeling isnt the way a lot of my family/friends are. I get very red in front of anyone if im put on the spot or just in general. my heart pounds a lot.i get so dehydrated and my mouth and lips get so dry.i shake nervously.i need to leave the area i am and go somewhere else alone.i get quite nervouse about answering something like if i answered my question and i got it right i would doubt myself when replying the answer. i dont like people fussing over me . i love a bit of 'me time' and i love being able to going the dark by myself and breath. i hate crowds. i only really researched it never went out for help. never spoke about it to anyone. and im wondering if its something like a panic attack im getting.
