What Are Swelling And Pain In The Right Testicle Suggestive Of?

My son is 29 yrs, of age and has swollen and painful testes, the right side more so than the left, He is convinced that he has so deadly problem and I m trying to find out the possibilities, Hopeully be able to comfort him and maybe help him what are the possible reasons for this?

Swelling of testicle is mostly due to hydrocele. Blocked lymphatics. Its not deadly at at all. But u may need an ultrasound to confirm diagnosis. And it may end up with a small surgery.
