General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to see a doctor and have your blood pressure and pulse checked and also a heart and lung examination.

If you are young and have no chronic conditions and use no medications regularly and these examinations come back normal then very likely this is due to blood pressure changes with the position and you should make sure you keep your self hydrated (drink plenty) and stand up slowly to prevent similar episodes.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
