What Are Slight Tingling Sensation In The Legs Suggestive Of?

I am 71 today and have been experiencing a slight tingling sensation in my legs - more so in my lower extremities. I run, go to the gym bike etc and the tingling sensation which somewhat comes and goes in no way hinders any activites and I experience no numbness. Oh yeah, as my Dad had, I have poor circulation in my lower extremities which evidences itself in my lower legs being cold to the touch - again, occassionally. I take no prescription medicines of any kind.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The problem what you could be encountering with tingling sensation in the legs could be due to three reasons:
1. Inadequate blood supply.
2. Vitamin B12 deficiency.
3. Calcium deficiency.
Improvement of blood circulation can be established by doing regular exercise such as going for brisk walk.
2. Vitamin B12 deficiency can be overcome by intake of foods rich in Vitamin B12 such as probiotics and supplementing with multivitamin capsules. Calcium deficiency can be overcome by intake of foods rich in calcium like milk and supplementing calcium in the form of tablets.
Kindly take the above measures and your symptoms should subside gradually.
