I have been seriously abusing laxatives more more than a year now. You are supposed to take no more than 4 in a day, my typical is 12 at a time. They are a extra strength generic brand and main ingredient is natural.(I also take generic diruetics, numbering usually around 10-12). I take the both some weeks daily, some times only tri weekly, had about a week break here recently as well. But I just took 20 and have a pitting feeling that that might be the last straw. How can I tell if if serious damage is occuring or has already happened? (and yes, I do know that it is common with eating disorders, I have had an eating disorder for going on nine years)
