What Are Recurring Welt Like, Itchy Rashes On Body Suggestive Of?

I m having some sort of allergic reaction and don t know what to.... Getting these welts that look like mosquito bites on my feet, legs, knees, hands, forearms, elbows, triceps areas... They itch like crazy, come and go periodically, feeling lethargic.

Considering the info you provided, I think you might suffer from urticaria (hives). In most cases they come from an identifiable factor like: certain foods, sun exposure, cold, pressure, vibration etc.
The best thing you can do is to try to identify the situations that promote the urticaria. In this process it is crucial to consult an allergy specialist, who is trained and equipped to make special tests in order to identify the cause. Once a cause is established, the doctor will advise what to do to avoid getting urticaria. He/she might also prescribe some medication (most commonly anti-histamines).
