Hello,

Sorry about your health condition. Fatty liver may itself causes nausea, vomiting, pain abdomen and indigestion etc.

This may be caused by drugs or alcohol or smoking or viral infection or non alcoholic steatohepatitis etc.

Please observe the food with liver cleanse. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Also check for viral markers and liver biopsy may gives a clue.

Use tablet urosodeoxy holic acid. Exercise, green leafy vegetables intake may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
