What Are Prolonged Health Issues Of Inhaling Air Of Cooked Rubber?

My fiancee has started working at a company where they make rubber tracks for snow mobiles which involves him cooking the rubber. There is some ventilation yet they can't have a water cooler due to water contamination from the rubber in the air. My main question is what are the prolonged health issues with him breathing in this air?
