What Are Pain Inside Penis And White Cloudy Discharge Suggestive Of?

Hi. Yesterday I woke up with some slight pain inside my penis and on going to the bathroom I noticed a white cloudy discharge. I felt no pain at all while urinating. What can the problem be? I am not sexually active and haven t had sex in more than a year. Please help!

Dear sir, regular sex like food sleep etc is a normal requirement of human organism and as such is desirable for normal life. Your forced abstinence has results in occasional spontaneous emission of semen in the form of cloudy discharge noticed during sleep at times associated with dreaming along with surge increases in testesterone levels. It is absolutely normal in such case.
So believe it is safe too .
