What Are Natural Methods To Increase Blood Pressure ?

I suffer from low blood presurre (90/60)as well as from arithmia. Hot weather makes it much worse. I was told that drinking lots of water or even salted water can help. It helps indeed but it isn t sufficient. I will be glad for any advice.
