What Are My Chances Of Getting Pregnant Based On The Follicular Study?

hii doctor,

Today i had a scan( 14 th day) of my follicular and has two follicules in right ovary of size 17.2 * 16.4 mm and 11.9 * 12mm and left ovary they mentioned has NO D.F and Endomet rum size is 9.8 MM.can you please give me more information on chances of getting pregenancy??

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.
One of the dominant follicle in right ovary will take part in ovulation and will be available for fertilization.
Ovulation is indicated by mild free fluid in POD.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
Endometrial thickness is also satisfactory.
