What Are Lower Abdominal Pain, Fever And Lightheadedness Suggestive Of?
I have pain in my lower abdomen. No injury. If I press on my lower abdomen, bend over or either turn left or right I have sharp pain in my lower abdomen. It is more towards the middle than on either side. I also have a low grade fever and feel achy and light headed when I walk. I have taken some laxatives in the last 2 hours and ibuprofen.

It seems most likely from colitis like infective condition....
Along with fiber supplements, suitable antibiotic also can be prescribed...
If diarrhea occurs than stool examination done...
