What Are Feeling Of Passing Out, Tingling Arms And Stiff Arms Suggestive Of?

Hello, During my workout this evening I almost fainted, felt like I was going to get sick, arms tingled, and my hands became stiff. I almost could move my thumb from its locked position in my palm. It took 20 minutes with my feet elevated & drinking Gatorade to get some what back to normal. After that driving home I felt like I was fighting back tears but didn t know why.this is not the first time this has happened but this episode was the worse so far. Should I go to the ER or just call my family care doctor in the morning ?

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that most likely you had an episode of low blood pressure or hypoglycaemia, and is recommended for you to consult a physician personally only for routine check up and till the time keep yourself hydrated and eat healthy food.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
