What Are Drooping Eyes, Weak Jaws And Painful Hips And Legs Suggestive Of?

My husband has muscle weakness his eye droops , his jaw does not work especially when he is trying to eat, his hips and legs hurt if he walks to far, the muscle in his hand between his thumb and index finger has collapsed. His test for myasthenia gravis was negative. Any idea what could be his problem?

it is neurological problem or myathenia graves. can be problem involving spinal chord, consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment. it can be motor neuron disease which is progressive.
