If she happened to be in her fertile period, i.e., the time of ovulation during the incident, chances of conception are present, though very rare in the mode it happened. Pre-ejaculate contains enough sperm to fertilize an ovum, should it be released at the time. So, it all depends on whether she was in her fertile zone or not. You can wait for the next normal cycle if she has regular cycles and get tested if she misses it, or go for emergency contraception if she is not sure, but, please remember that emergency pills disturb the cycles badly.
