General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Skin lesions that seem like bright red spots can be caused by different conditions. If they do not blanch on pressure (for example when you press them with a transparent glass) then bleeding under the skin is possible and you will need to see your doctor soon.
If you are not sure if they blanch or not it is safer to see a doctor and make sure.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
