General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the inverted feet and asymmetrical face in a newborn is indicative of congenital malformation of some sort via alteration in amniotic fluid level, fetal factors or else.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
