What Acuses Rashes On Right Side Of Face, Arm, And Abdomen?

Skin rash in an 18 month old male. Began in diaper area, treated with miconazole-clearing well. Now has scattered raised rash on right side of face, arm, and abdomen. rash is pink with some clear blisters on larger ones. No fevers. Should I watch it or get an appointment? What would indicate need for an appointment? It does not seem to itch or be painful.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello respected,

that can be bullous impetigo, no need to worry much, it's bacterial infection of skin only .

can apply fusidic acid/mupirocin cream two times a day,
and Oral syrup of antibiotic if needed.

rash with vesicles also seen in chickenpox.but in chicken pox usually there is fever, and rash is all over the body ,

You should see a doctor if no response after antibiotic cream application, thank you,
